TOMRA is encouraging Hunter organisations to become donation partners on local Return and Earn reverse vending machines.
Not-for-profit groups such as schools, charities, community groups and sporting clubs can apply to become a donation partner, but will be required to meet eligibility criteria.
Successful applicants could receive a 10-cent donation for glass and plastic containers returned to the machines.
Machines that are still in need of a donation partner include:

- Bennetts Green-Woolworths
- Cessnock- Woolworths/Big W
- Edgeworth- Edgeworth Bowling Club
- Kotara- Woolworths Kotara Home
- Lake Munmorah- Woolworths
- Mount Hutton- Woolworths
- Medowie- Woolworths
- Nelson Bay- Nelson Bay Bowling Club
- Rathmines- Club Catalina
- Raymond Terrace- Muree Golf Club
- Salamander Bay- Woolworths
- Tanilba Bay- Coles
- Thornton- BP
- West Wallsend- Woolworths
- Windale- Windale Gateshead Bowling Club
