A man has died following a single vehicle crash in Lake Macquarie yesterday afternoon.
Just after 4 o’clock emergency services were called to the scene on Macquarie road in Cardiff, following reports a Holden sedan had left the road and hit a power pole.
The driver and sole occupant of the car died at the scene.
A report will be prepared for the coroner.
