A wheelchair accessible hot air balloon is set to join the fleet in the Hunter Valley.
It’s the first of its kind in the state and will provide wheelchair users and those with reduced mobility the opportunity to take to the skies.
An wheelchair accessible mini bus will transport passengers directly to the specifically designed basket for their flight, making the whole experience a smooth one.
The initiative will be funded by an almost $350,000 grant from the state government.
