A fresh warning has been issued for a new scam text message which has been sent out following the federal budget.
The message pretends to be from myGov and offers a lump sum payment of $750 dollars by clicking on an attached link.
Assistant Treasurer Stephen Jones has posted to his social media overnight urging people to not to click on any links and says myGov messages will only ever be sent to your myGov inbox.
